We confuse perfection with protection.
But healing doesn’t happen through pressure—it happens through permission.
This workshop is an invitation to soften the inner resistance that keeps you stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed—and return to yourself with tenderness.
Through a gentle blend of:
Somatic breathwork to calm the inner critic
Intuitive movement & restorative poses to release held tension
A guided Inner Hero Journey to meet the part of you that needs compassion
Reflection prompts + emotional processing tools to anchor the practice
You’ll begin to rewrite the inner dialogue from harshness to care, from judgment to curiosity, from pressure to presence. Self-compassion is a practice and when you embody it, everything shifts.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, softer, and more grounded in your own worth.
